Designed in CAD, printed to order

A part made for your project.

Broken, missing or never made again? We design the part in CAD and 3D print it, for restorations, repairs and builds. Have your own printer? Get the print-ready files instead, with two rounds of edits included.

Pricing

Every part gets its own quote.

3D printing and CAD design are both quoted for the job. No two parts are the same, so there is no price list. Send the file or describe the part, and we’ll email a quote, usually within one business day.

Business cards, card holders and coasters made around your logo are on their own page: made to order.

  • Size and print timeA bigger or denser part takes longer to print. This is the largest part of the price.
  • MaterialReinforced and specialty materials cost more than standard ones. We recommend the one the part needs.
  • QuantitySetup is charged once per order, so the price per part drops as the count goes up.
  • Design workNo file yet? CAD design is quoted from a sketch, photos or measurements. Two rounds of edits are included.

How it works

From idea to finished part.

Send the brief

Describe what you need. Include a sketch, photos of an existing part, key measurements or reference files.

It’s designed

We model it in CAD. Tolerances and features are chosen to suit the material and how the part will be used.

Two rounds of edits

Review the design and request changes. Two full rounds of edits are included in every design.

Printed, or the files

We print the part, or send the final files with the source model. The files are ready for your own printer or any print service.

Materials

The right material for the job.

Every design comes with a material recommendation. Pick a filament below to see what it is good for, or search by what the part has to stand up to. The bar shows heat resistance.

Choose a filament

Search by name, or by what the part has to stand up to:

Most used · outdoor parts that stay stiff

ASA-CF

ASA with carbon fiber. It stands up to sun and weather like ASA, and prints stiffer and truer to size with a clean matte finish.

~103–110°C (217–230°F)
Ask about ASA-CF
Marine & high moisture

PETG

Bonds strongly between layers and resists saltwater, fuel vapor and alcohol. Great for boat dashes, brackets and cupholders.

~70°C (158°F)
Ask about PETG
Outdoor & UV

ASA

Won’t yellow or turn brittle in the sun. Ideal for exterior trim, mirror caps, covers and fairings.

~98°C (208°F)
Ask about ASA
Impact & under the hood

ABS

Tough and slightly flexible, and it handles engine-bay heat. Good for clips, relay mounts and consoles.

~95°C (203°F)
Ask about ABS
Structural

PA-CF

Nylon reinforced with carbon fiber. Very strong for its weight, with high heat and oil resistance.

~150–180°C (302–356°F)
Ask about PA-CF
Extreme impact

Polycarbonate

Nearly shatterproof. Built for guards, housings and parts that take hits and heat.

~140°C (284°F)
Ask about Polycarbonate
Flexible rubber

TPU

Absorbs vibration and seals out water and oil. For gaskets, grommets, seals and bump stops.

Shore 85A–95A flex
Ask about TPU
Indoor & prototypes

PLA

Prints with crisp detail and holds its shape well indoors. Good for prototypes, test fits and display parts. It softens in a hot car or in direct sun.

~55°C (131°F)
Ask about PLA
