It can run on a monthly plan with hosting and changes, or be built once. The pictures are two we built, with the names taken out: the work center a company runs on, and a shop manager. Yours is built to what you need.

What it can do

• Works with your website. Quote requests, bookings, orders and messages from your site land in your work center the moment someone sends them, as active leads to follow up.
• Your email inside it. Read and answer customers where the job is, with quotes and invoices sent from the same place.
• Quotes, jobs and customers. Every job from first ask to paid, with its photos, notes, deposits and follow-ups.
• Schedule and time clock. Who is working on what, what is promised this week, and hours on each job.
• Inventory and shipping. What is in stock, what is running low, and what has shipped.
• Linked to QuickBooks. Invoices and payments flow to your books.
• Reports. What came in, what went out, what each job made.
• Your website feeds it. Store orders, bookings and quote requests from the site show up as work.

Custom software is priced from the scope and is separate from the DEETOE CO. client portal that comes with a website plan (the portal is where you ask for website changes; your own software is built for running your business). A deposit starts it; the rest is split across the build.
