How do we get what we bought?
We email your download link, or your access and setup instructions, to the address you paid with, usually within 15 minutes. Stripe emails your receipt too. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, or ask us and we’ll send it again.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
When will Inkwork be ready?
It’s in development now and opening city by city. Join the waitlist at inkwork.app to hear when it opens near you.
Which file formats do you make?
3D print files as STL, 3MF or STEP. Stitch files in your machine’s format: DST, PES, JEF, EXP and more.
