How long does a project take?
A landing page can go live in days; a full multi-page website usually takes a few weeks; custom programs and apps depend on scope. You get a specific timeline with your quote.
Do we own our website or software?
Yes. On a standalone build, your business receives the full source code. On managed plans, the content and domain always belong to your business.
Do you charge extra for SEO?
Core SEO is built into every website we make. Ongoing marketing such as Google Ads management or content campaigns is quoted separately.
Can you take over our existing website?
Yes. We can move your current site onto our managed hosting, or rebuild it if it’s slow or hard to update.
How do we follow our project’s progress?
Every client gets a private client portal with the project’s status, a link to preview the site, invoices and a direct way to request changes.
What do SEO, PPC and SSL actually mean?
SEO (search engine optimization) is the work that helps your business’s site rank in Google’s unpaid results. PPC (pay-per-click) is advertising where your business pays only when someone clicks its ad. SSL is the encryption, shown as a padlock in the browser bar, that keeps visitors’ information secure.
