How does a custom order work?
Choose your options, tell us what you’d like and tap Request a quote. No account is needed. We design it around your logo or design and email your price, usually within one business day, and you approve it before anything is made.
How do I send my logo or design?
After you order, reply to our email with it. Clients can also upload it in the client portal. Any picture, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG file works.
How do I get what I bought?
Finished products are shipped to the address you give us. The download link, or the access and setup instructions, goes to the email address used at checkout. It usually arrives within 15 minutes. Stripe emails a receipt too. If it doesn’t arrive, check the spam folder, or ask us to send it again.
Can I order more than one thing at once?
Yes. Add everything to your cart and check out once. The whole order is paid on one secure Stripe page.We email you one secure payment link for the whole order, usually within one business day.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping is added at checkout, so you see it before you pay. Downloads and software have no shipping.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store the card number.
Which file formats do you make?
3D print files as STL, 3MF or STEP. Stitch, cut and sticker files come in the format your machine reads.
Can you make something that isn’t here?
Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or a logo. We’ll make the part or the program. See what’s made to order, or ask us a question.
